The Doctor wants to keep this class hands-on and private, so RSVP is required... when do you, we'll send you the online self-examination we'd like you to complete beforehand. We'll discuss the results in class.

- Vegetables and an Alkaline pH of the Body pH of body should be Alkaline.
- Foods that are alkaline are: most vegetables. Foods that are acidic: fruits, anything processed, sugars, carbs, etc.
